Before the start of the first sport you are playing for the year, you must upload the PIAA CIPPE (Physical Forms) to BigTeams. If you play another sport during the school year, you will only need to complete the PIAA Recertification Form.
Physical forms for the 2025-2026 school year have to be completed after May 1st, 2025, to be valid for the 2025-2026 school year.
