Mrs. Kilpatrick joined the Counseling Department at Phoenixville Area High School in 2013. She has 10 years work experience from the School District of Philadelphia, as a high school counselor at Roxborough High School. She received her Bachelors of Science from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She then obtained her Masters of Education in School Counseling at Duquesne University. |

Ms. Osborn joined the Counseling Department at Phoenixville Area High School in 2013. She attended Lehigh University as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Social Psychology and Journalism. Ms. Osborn then obtained her Masters of Education in Secondary School Counseling and her State Certification in School Counseling from Lehigh University as well.

Mr. Shackelford joined the Phoenixville Area High School Counseling Department in 2012. Previously, he taught secondary English for ten years collectively at three different schools - Westtown School, West Chester East High School and Phoenixville Area Middle School. He received his Bachelor of Science in Secondary English Education at the University of Delaware, his Masters of Education at Gratz College and his Secondary School Counseling Certification at Widener University. |

Mr. Bryant joined Phoenixville Area High School Counseling Department in 2015. Prior to coming to Phoenixville Area High School, Mr. Bryant worked at Olney Charter High School in the Philadelphia Area School District. As an undergraduate he attended King’s College and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. He then earned his Master of Education degree in Elementary Counseling with a secondary certification from West Chester University.

Prior to coming to Phoenixville Area High School, she worked as the College Career Coordinator at Spring-Ford High School for nine years. As an undergraduate she attended West Virginia University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations. She then earned her Masters in Education from Alvenia College and School Counseling Certification from Eastern University. |
